The service Jack provided was exceptional. He was about 2 hours ahead of schedule so he called to see if he could come over early. He arrived a few minutes after the call and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, which was a switch that had been tripped. He quickly checked all the affected circuits, which were then working. We appreciate Jack’s thoroughness and efficiency, and Swartz overall responsiveness.

He came early, got it done quickly, was exceptionally professional and took lots of pictures to explain what was done. I can’t say enough great things about Swartz Electric. Everything was great! From the customer service that set up the appointment, to complimentary estimate to the completion of the service! The price was very fair and they did not try to up sell me services I did not need! Now i just need a plumber like this!!
