• Keller Williams – Repair electrical deficiencies for home sale (Repeat Customer)
• ColePROMO (Briargate) – Repair lighting
• Family Dollar (Security) – Install additional outlets for coolers
• City of Colorado Springs Housing Development (Pikes Peak Park) – Repair and add lighting
• Building 8030 (Fort Carson) – Repair power, data, and Fire Alarm
• Champions at Nor’Wood (Cottonwood) – Remove and replace apartment building electrical service that burned up (Repeat customer)
• Bistro de Pinto (Downtown) – Troubleshoot restaurant power loss and fix problem during lunchtime rush
• Carriage House Lofts (Downtown) – Troubleshoot, isolate, locate, and repair building power during a snowstorm
• The Metropolitan (Downtown) – Repair electrical problems with sump pumps that kept backing up into the bar. Repair several electrical problems from previous electrical contractor. Also add new booster heaters (for commercial dish washers), security power, and networking power in 20 areas across 3 CDCs
