  •  City of Colorado Springs Housing Development (Pikes Peak Park) – Repair and add lighting
  •  Building 8030 (Fort Carson) – Repair power, data, and Fire Alarm
  •  Champions at Nor’Wood (Cottonwood) – Remove and replace apartment building electrical service that burned up (Repeat customer)
  •  Bistro de Pinto (Downtown) – Troubleshoot restaurant power loss and fix problem during lunchtime rush
  •  Carriage House Lofts (Downtown) – Troubleshoot, isolate, locate, and repair building power during a snowstorm
  •  The Metropolitan (Downtown) – Repair electrical problems with sump pumps that kept backing up into the bar. Repair several electrical problems from previous electrical contractor. Also add new booster heaters (for commercial dish washers), security power, and networking power in 20 areas across 3 CDCs
  • Ransomed Heart (Pinon Valley) – LED lighting retrofit of the parking lot and office areas.
  • Walgreens (Gateway Park) – Rewire new Roof Top Units (RTUs).
  • Daniel’s Moving and Storage (Old North End) – LED lighting retrofit of the warehouse and office areas.
  • EURO Car (Divine Redeemer) – LED lighting retrofit for the parking lot and office areas.
  • Colorado Technical University (Holland Park) – LED lighting retrofit for the parking lot and courtyard areas.
  • HonAc Auto – East (Springs Ranch) – Ground up construction of the new HonAc Auto maintenance facility. Underground, service, lighting, power, site lighting, voice and data, fire alarm.
  • Primrose School (Aurora) – Ground up construction of the new Primrose School in Aurora. Underground, service, lighting, power, site lighting, voice and data, fire alarm.
  • Korean United Methodist Church (Village 7) – Remove and replace parking lot lighting. Install new interior lighting.
  • Holy Cross Lutheran Church (Village 7) – Install new interior lighting.
  • AutoZone (Falcon) – Ground up construction of the new Falcon AutoZone. Underground, service, lighting, power, site lighting.
  • Mathnasium (Springs Ranch) – Tenant finish of Mathnasium. Power, lighting, voice and data.
  • James Madison Charter Academy (Widefield) – Additional power for new work room.
  • Gidding’s Lofts (Downtown) – Install cable and phone wiring for residential lofts and commercial spaces.
  • Head Start (Pueblo) – Install conduit for Fire Alarm and Burglary systems through 27”-33” walls. Note: Proved electrical inspector wrong 3 times on this job. Inspector had to change report.
  • Fort Carson Commissary (Fort Carson) – Relamp entire commissary. Over 4,000 light bulbs. Properly dispose of used light bulbs.
  • The Hub (Fort Carson) – Restaurant – Identify all circuits in electrical panels and label them correctly.
  • United States Penitentiary (Florence) – Maximum Security Prison – Water reduction project. Install line and low voltage modules that tie in with the plumbing to reduce water consumption by 50%.
  • Federal Corrections Institute (Florence) – Medium Security Prison – Water reduction project. Install line and low voltage modules that tie in with the plumbing to reduce water consumption by 50%
  • Evans Army Hospital (Fort Carson) – 3rd Floor Remodel. Complete gut out of 3rd floor and new electrical installation of the 3rd floor. 20 month project. Electrical power, lighting, voice, data, cable, controls. Most extensive and complex project to date
  • Mitchell Hall (USAFA) – Shade Retrofit. Run power and data to over 100 new shades in the Mitchell Hall cadet dining facility
  • Trinidad Lake State Park (Trinidad) – Maintenance Facility. Ground up building. Demo existing building and power. Work with San Isabel power, re-route and install new electrical power. Install underground, service, power, lighting, voice and data.
