Jack was my service electrician for a handful of items I needed taken care of in our home. First I received a text when he was on his way. When he arrived, he was clean, polite, friendly and quickly evaluated the issues and explained how he would be handling them. He gave me options where applicable. My 3rd project with Swartz Electric. Jack installed an Ecobee Doorbell Camera for me, and he was amazing! He arrived early, which worked out great for me. So professional, knowledgeable, efficient, personable, and he patiently answered all my questions. I was shown several options for mounting the camera. Once I selected the option, Jack meticulously completed the install (I was impressed with how he installed and angled the camera perfectly). With this appointment, he also provided 2 very detailed estimates for a lighting project that I am considering. Once again, another exceptional experience with Swartz Electric!
